We are the preferred scaffold contractor for Persimmon Homes South West, scaffolding on average 600 timber frame houses per year, with contracts worth between £57,000 to £500,000.

• Cranbrook,Exeter – we have scaffolded 4 phases of work consisting of over 1000 houses, a breakdown of 2,3, and 4 bed houses, apartment blocks and coach houses and several multi-story flat complexes.

• Monkton Heathfield, Taunton - we have been involved with this development from the start and are currently scaffolding phase number 9 this includes 2,3, and 4 bed houses, apartment blocks and commercial premises, approximately 800 units.

• Monks Rest and Wren Gardens, Bridgwater – A major build on the outskirts of Bridgwater consisting of 2,3,4 bed houses, coach houses and housing association apartment blocks in the Stockmoor village area of Bridgwater, approximately 700 units.

• RNSD, Exeter - We are currently Scaffolding the last of 11 bespoke 4 and 5 bed houses for Charles Church, these are the upper end of the Persimmon group range.

• Other Persimmon sites we are still Scaffolding or have completed previous phases consisting of 2,3,4 bed houses, apartment blocks, coach houses and several multi-story flat complexes includeWeston-Supper-Mare, Burnham on Sea, Congresbury, Bristol, Yeovil, Sherbourneand Shaftsbury and other sites in theTaunton area.

• Nerrol Farm, Taunton – David Wilson Homes premier site in the south west consisting of 2,3,4 bed houses town houses and multi-story apartments.

• Bishops Green, Wells - A ongoing project including 2,3,4 bed houses, town houses and apartments, we are current scaffolding the end of phase 1 and due to start phase 2 shortly.

• Knights Rise,Temple Cloud- A completed project finished before program end date, 2,3,4 bed house and 3 story town houses.

AHH are constructing a “new retirement community” on the out skirts of Sherborne for Platinum Sky’s building consortium, this has been a fascinating and challenging undertaking for us, the imposing structure has 12x 2 meter lifts approximately 320 meters around per lift, this has taken a lot of planning, time and materials to complete this particular build, it looks very impressive now we have finished scaffolding on this very large traditional build structure.

• Longforth Farm– Wellington, A large development with multiple phases Consisting of traditional new build 2,3, and 4 bed units and apartment blocks and 3 story town houses.

• Arnolds Way– Yatton, A large ongoing traditional build project with 2,3, and 4 bed units and apartment blocks and 3 story town houses.

• Holwell Lane– Cheddar, A large ongoing traditional build project with 2,3, and 4 bed units and apartment blocks and 3 story town houses.

• Wilstock– Bridgwater, A large development with multiple phases Consisting of traditional new build 2,3, and 4 bed units and apartment blocks and 3 story town houses.

The local Environment Agency has requested our services on several occasions to assist them with projects involving one off pedestrian walkways on riverbanks and bridal paths ways all of which are one off designed Scaffoldings. 

We have Scaffolded many Redrow sites including over 380 houses in Taunton and Bridgwater, consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bed traditional build properties.

We have Scaffolded many Strongvox sites including, Dawlish, Minehead, Dunster, Trull, Bathpool, Bishops Lydeard, Bideford and Bristol, consisting of 2,3 & 4 bed traditional build property’s, coach houses, bungalows and apartment complexes.

Part of the RJD Group consisting of affordable 2 and 3 bed units in the local Bridgwater area, plans for further developments are in negotiation. 

A new venture, requiring advanced scaffolding on the new relief bridge on the outskirts of Bridgwater, this is a on going project and may lead to other collaborations with this building group. 

High Security Clearance – We have Scaffolded several establishments where high security clearance has been needed.   

A timber frame build site with Twenty 2 and 3 bed properties with a fast-tight build program.s, internal and external. 

Castle Cary – Backhouse housing are new to our area and build high end and affordable traditional build housing consisting of 2 and 3 bed properties.

We are working with with the National Trust to inspect existing erected Scaffolding in the Somerset area, leading to other ventures and projects going forward.

We have worked very closely with the Burrington Estate company and are currently working on 3 large sites building 2,3 and 4 bed timber frame houses in Pinhoe, Yetminster and Rockbeare.

We have worked with Galifordtry on several project in the past these include traditional new build sites 2,3,4 bed houses, several multi-story flat complexes, approximately 200 units and a refurbishment of a Victorian Maternity Hospital into luxury flats. 

We are currently working on two large sites (Castle Cary and Glastonbury) building traditional build flats, 2,3 and 4 bed houses, 200 in total for Sanctuary Housing, we are currently in talks with Engie and hopefully we will become Engie’s preferred contractor for scaffolding in the South West.
